I offer a Free consult call

(20 minutes)

Use this link to book your initial consult call. Phone or video call - your preference. Ask me anything, discuss symptoms and goals. We’ll determine whether you’re better suited to therapy or coaching.

After our consult call, I'll follow up with you to schedule our first session. I’ll also send you intake paperwork and a few short assessments to complete before we meet.

We talk

(1x/week, ~50-75 minutes)

All meetings are virtual, with or without video. Meet face-to-face or take me on a walk in your headphones. It’s up to you.

While the path to relief is different for everyone, looking inward and making change is hard work.

I spend the first 2-3 sessions developing an understanding of you and what brought you to therapy or coaching. After that, we’re off to the races. Trust the process :)
